US Fractional Currency 3 Cents Paper Money 1863 Circulated

Description

Here is a 3 cent fractional paper currency in circulated condition.
The colors are strong - words and numbers quite clear.
This has not been folded, but it was handled.
There is a pinprick on the far right side on the back (more noticeable there).
This would be a wonderful addition for the coining currency collector.
Another piece of American history.
