    This a rare 25¢ Second Issue fractional note made out of Fiber Paper. It has nice margins and a brilliantly colored purple back with golden surcharges. This is the second finest example graded by PMG with only 2 examples graded finer. Hard to find in all grades, this piece is very attractive and will fit in nicely in a fractional collection full of high grade examples.
