1863 2nd Second Issue 5 Five Cent Fractional Currency- Writing on Reverse!

Series of 1863 2nd Issue 5 Cent Fractional Currency note for sale, featuring George Washington. The note in the pictures is the exact note you will receive. There is some writing on the reverse, possibly someone's name, followed by 1866 10 hr, and Apr 27 (possibly this was received as payment in the 1800's?). It is heavily worn/damaged, with a rip going through most of the note as well as a hole. Still, a rare piece of American history.
